We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) and offer two convenient shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Shipping cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

🔄 Our Happy Returns Policy

We want every playtime to be perfect! If your little one’s new toy didn’t spark the joy we promised, our hassle-free returns process is here to help.

Return Window: You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging (just like we carefully sent it)
  • Unused and in resellable condition (no love marks yet!)
  • Accompanied by your order number

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep all our customers safe and healthy, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Soft & plush toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Baby bouncers & play mats (safety regulations)
  • Bedding & swaddles (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Any item marked as “final sale”

📝 How to Return Your Items

💰 Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
